This gentleman was
1. No helmet
2. Riding dangerously
3. Riding against the flow of traffic
4. Caused traffic purposefully
5. When reasoned, was very offensive, arrogant, cursing and tried to steal my car-key.

@Gss_Views The patches are not even smoother.. this is no longer worth Rs. 250 toll. This is an example of misuse of taxpayer money and being irresponsible using the taxpayer money. On top of that not even once I have seen all lanes open.

The reason for his argument was we both got scratched due to him coming in way of my turn. Back wheel arch of my car scratched his scooter. When I asked him to call police he flew away.
