@BitStrategy21@saylor@Strategy So now the reason to buy STRC over SATA is only if it has higher yield than 13%, until then I suppose STRC will only reach par the last couple of days until the ex day.
@Pledditor@saylor Same for Bitcoin yield when it was going negative earlier in the year with common stock sales for Bitcoin purchases.
Withhold it when it's bad, post when it's good.
@AlexandreLaizet Building how exactly? What moat do you guys have to accumulate Bitcoin when all you have is your stock price that's completely out of your control?
It worked for a while when every Bitcoin company was booming, now what? Profits > Selling shares.
SoftBank paperhanded a generational opportunity, $XXI will be even more resilient now.
"Tetherβs conviction in XXI has only deepened, and we look forward to building on that foundation as the company enters its next chapter.β
JUST IN: Tether just announced they acquired SoftBank's entire ($780 million) stake in Jack Mallers' #Bitcoin treasury company Twenty One Capital $XXI.
@TheDarknessoft8 Yeah no shit, but there's no one forcing them to sell the stock they get, you can always borrow against it if you believe it's undervalued at the moment.
Also who needs $13 million in a single year? They don't really believe anything they say, they just enrich themselves.
JUST IN: Strategy's EVP Andrew Kang has sold 5,597 $MSTR shares from restricted stock vesting at an average price of $165.78 for $927,866, according to the recent Form 144 filing.
@BTCoptioneer Why would the mNAV expand? They add Bitcoin per share with SATA, mNAV adjusts to reflect the added BTC per share, but then the daily dividend obligations start, pressuring price lower.
IMO mNAV will just hover around 1x ish, like it is now, the EV mNAV is a retarded metric.
@comic@jackmallersshow@jackmallers Five months after the merger for just a proposal does seem lame tbh.
Hope they've been doing something more and this was just something they could announce at this moment.
@Sage91ini I have no doubt Coinbase will profit once new ATH's come again, but I myself would not buy a company that just relies on shitcoin sales to profit.
