It should be pretty obvious in the official order(s) following this decision. If the bad guys appeal and lose, I think it basically guarantees legal fees.

@PoolTogether_ gets sweet, sweet justice. For additional context — this was apparently the reason for dismissal “without prejudice.”

In other words - this was arguably (a) a frivolous lawsuit from the start, and (b) a sanctionable abuse of the legal process.
