Update on the AI video generator: first 60s video is done. Here's the stack I'm testing:

Script: Claude Sonnet 5
Video: Veo 3.1 Fast
Voice/music/SFX: ElevenLabs
Captions: Whisper
Assembly: ffmpeg + Remotion (self-hosted, free)

Posting real costs all week.
