@bell_sms@A_taylor1995@projectmracing Impressive! C.A.R.S. and Project CARS are listed as 2 seperate games tough :) Beam is the only game I have no clue about
@bell_sms@A_taylor1995@projectmracing That’s interesting! Thanks a lot for all the additional info :) Wan’t expectibg my niche WMD knowledge to get bonified today. 😁
@bell_sms@A_taylor1995@projectmracing That’s a lot more than I expected. Kinda forgot that you had (have?) Gamagio. Reminds me I never bought Eager Beaver that you advertisted a bit on WMD back in the days.
@bell_sms@A_taylor1995@projectmracing I get where you’re coming from. If they don’t actually sell the product with those assets and engine it’s not that bad. One issue I can see is the public associating the game with you by recognising the engine or assets in the trailers, happened with Automaniax for a little while
@bell_sms@A_taylor1995@projectmracing Rob made one big article on it on VirtualR talking about you reacting to it, see: https://t.co/zrFCacIsSS
I’m glad that you don’t remember it, probably means there wasn’t any legal battle with you after all. :)
@bell_sms@A_taylor1995@projectmracing Don’t think you worked on it per se, but it was using the Madness Engine with Project CARS assets. I found the old GTPlanet thread about it: https://t.co/9dcpD2aIDg
@bell_sms@A_taylor1995@projectmracing Oh I know, don’t worry :) Still sad I never got to try that game and drive the Caucasus Mountain track, which was supposes to be in it IIRC?
@bell_sms@A_taylor1995@projectmracing The Porsche exclusive thing. I think I still have the trailer somewhere on my old pc. Some legal stuff happened after you saw the trailer IIRC.
@bell_sms@A_taylor1995@projectmracing I certainly woud buy that :) With some GTA IV like ragdoll.
I remember seeing some characters and animation test, but yeah the project never seemed to have a proper start.
Other than that, there’s World of Speed that ended once it got out of your hand. And that Automaniax thing.
