@newlook hi, returned an order to store, using the drop off point 2 days ago. But no confirmation email received. Store says it has gone through, tracking says otherwise. Pls advise.

@newlook I have tried live chat. And I have emailed. Seems like a massive loophole with returns at the moment. No update since Wednesday. Store told me not to worry but where is my proof for me returning my items? Can I please have a direct email for a manager. Customer service is crap.
@newlook I’m afraid the chat doesn’t work. I now have no proof of return so guess i will be asking the store to hold on to cctv which proves my parcel was dropped off. New Look, your customer service is poor. Seems I am not the only customer having issues when returning things.

@PlacesLeisure Hi, been trying to sign up to this since last Saturday and there’s an error. Why is this still showing on the website if now expired? It’s misleading.

@OfficialFV appalling customer service, 16 months ago I raised issue with faulty product and this is still not resolved nor decency to call me back with an update.
