I help growing teams make messy workflows explicit
(intake, approvals, handoffs)

Ops clarity. Fixed scope.

I wanted to resolve this privately but after speaking to 7 Godaddy employees and getting ignored by OCEO, I'm taking this public.

GoDaddy took my money for https://t.co/g0XGp8N44A. Four agents confirmed in writing it was registered. It wasn't. Their CEO office has ghosted me for 72 hours.

They're STILL selling the domain on their site despite two failed orders. Their own tool values it at $2,861.

Here's what happened 🧵

@DInvesting @GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp @DomainIncite @DNJournal @IdentityDig maybe, thats not a bad shout.

even if this is the case it doesn’t make the fact that 4 agents told me the domain was mine and no reply from OCEO any better

I have every receipt, every chat transcript, every email, and every screenshot timestamped and archived, including the $2,861 valuation saved on the Wayback Machine, and screen recorded.

@GoDaddy @GoDaddyHelp - is anyone going to take ownership of this?

To summarise:

- Charged twice for a domain never delivered
- Four agents confirmed in writing it was mine. It wasn't. - Phone agent cycled through fake excuses
- Supervisor never responded
- Office of CEO ignored three emails over 72+ hours
- Domain STILL being sold on their site
- Their own tool values it at $2,861
