I live in one of the few affordable areas left in MA. it's affordable because I have to go one town over for basics, home improvement stores are 30 mins away and any job that pays a damn is at least an hour away by car and the closet commuter rail is 30 mins. Just so we're clear

The millennials fled their hometowns in droves, leaving a vacuum.

Now look at any town under 25k pop. and find a craftsman home for about $100k.
