जब जनादेश साथ न दे, तो नियम बदल दो; जब जनता भरोसा न करे, तो संस्थाओं पर दबाव बना दो यही भाजपा का लोकतांत्रिक मॉडल बन चुका है। लोकतंत्र, संविधान और राजनीतिक मर्यादाओं पर हो रहे इस सुनियोजित हमले के खिलाफ आज झारखंड विधानसभा के बाहर जोरदार विरोध दर्ज कराया गया। जनता के अधिकारों और लोकतंत्र की गरिमा की रक्षा की यह लड़ाई जारी रहेगी।

A writ petition challenging serious irregularities in the voter list revision process in Madhya Pradesh has been moved before the Hon’ble High Court, Indore Bench.
The petition assails procedural lapses, contradictions between the 1994 Municipal Election Rules and central law, improper appointment of Booth Level Officers, and large-scale anomalies such as thousands of voters being shown under “house number 0,” indicating potential disenfranchisement on a mass scale.

On behalf of the petitioner, the matter was argued by Adv. @JayeshGurnani_, National Coordinator, @IYC Legal Cell, seeking a stay on the ongoing revision exercise until due process and statutory safeguards are strictly complied with.

The Hon’ble High Court has issued notice to the State Election Commission, State Government, District Election Officer and all concerned voter registration officers, directing them to file their replies. The matter is now listed for further hearing on 26 November 2025.

Our National Chairman, Adv. @RoopeshINC Ji registered a complaint against Ex- BJP MP @rameshbidhuri for his sexist and derogatory comments targeting Hon’ble MP, Lok Sabha Smt. @priyankagandhi ji. His statement is not just a personal attack on a respected leader but an insult to every woman in this country.

Such remarks reflect his deeply ingrained misogyny and regressive mindset. This behavior is unbecoming of a public representative and goes against the constitutional values of equality and respect for women.

We demand immediate legal action against Mr. Bidhuri under the relevant sections of law. No one, regardless of their political position, is above the law. It’s time we stand united against such disgraceful conduct and uphold the dignity of women in our society.

Today, Advocate Amrit Kumar ji (@c3amrit ) Chairman of the @IYCJharkhand Legal Cell, along with Advocate Sumit Kumar, submitted a formal complaint to Sri K. Ravi, CEO of the Election Commission of India in Jharkhand. The complaint was filed against Assam Chief Minister @himantabiswa Sarma for alleged communal remarks made during his speech at the Panki assembly on 2nd November 2024.

Such remarks can disrupt the harmony and integrity of the democratic process. The IYC Jharkhand Legal Cell is committed to upholding the values of unity and respect that define our nation. We urge the Election Commission to take prompt action to ensure a fair and inclusive electoral environment.

Indian Youth Congress Legal Cell Establishes Pradesh Legal Cell Coordination Center in Palakkad to Support Kerala Assembly By-Elections

Palakkad, Kerala – Following directives from IYC leadership, including President Sh. Uday Bhanu Chib Ji and Incharge Krishna Allavaru Ji, the Kerala unit of the Indian Youth Congress (IYC) Legal Cell (@IYCKerala) has taken a decisive step to enhance electoral support by establishing a Pradesh Legal Cell Coordination Center in Palakkad. This center is designed to provide comprehensive legal and organizational assistance for the by-elections across various assembly constituencies, reinforcing the IYC's commitment to upholding democratic principles and legal accountability.

The center was inaugurated by Shri Roopesh Singh Bhadauria, National Chairman of the IYC Legal Cell and a distinguished member of the All India Congress Committee (AICC). Addressing the gathering, Shri Bhadauria Ji underscored the Legal Cell’s unwavering commitment to safeguarding the rights of voters and ensuring a fair, transparent election process. He emphasized that this new office would act as a key resource in protecting democratic principles and addressing any legal concerns that arise during the election.

During the ceremony, Shri Bhadauria Ji introduced a strategic three-point agenda, focusing on:

1. Monitoring MCC Violations – Ensuring strict adherence to the Model Code of Conduct across constituencies to foster a fair and transparent electoral process.
2. Addressing Local Issues – Proactively engaging with and addressing issues relevant to each community, demonstrating the party's commitment to local concerns.
3. Engagement with Bar Associations – Actively working with Bar Associations to strengthen grassroots support and mobilize advocacy for party candidates.

The inauguration was further enriched by the presence of prominent leaders, including Sri VK Sreekandan, Member of Parliament for Palakkad, Sri Mohan, AICC Member and Observer for the Palakkad assembly, and Adv K S Muralikrishnan, Chairman of the Kerala Pradesh Youth Congress Legal Cell. Also present were District Coordinators Adv Philson Mathew, Adv Ansar Basheer, Adv Nishanth, and the President of the Palakkad Bar Association.

The establishment of this new office marks a significant advancement for the Indian Youth Congress Legal Cell, solidifying its role in advocating for pressing legal and social issues. अलविदा मोहित पांडे! परिवार को अपने बेटे की ऐसी अकाल मृत्यु सहने का ईश्वर अटूट बल प्रदान करे।

The camp served an opportunity for marginalised community to obtain expert legal counsel on their civil/ criminal matters from Adv Amrit Singh, State President of the Legal Cell.
The event was attended by prominent local residents, including Kishor Sahu, Bajrang Gop, Ishwar Badaik, Amarendra Singh, and Sukhdev Lohra.
