@bookingcom still no responses, your support still hangs up every time I wait on hold for 30 minutes. Can’t wait to release these call recordings to the media. Also will release the conversations about the police being threatened because we went to the house we paid for.
@bookingcom your customer support reps continue to hang up on me. I booked a place months ago for $3000+, drove 22 hours and and show up to a house where the host double booked the property and threatened to call the cops on me. You are offering me $70.56 in compensation.
@bookingcom you and your support team are thieves. Even when I asked the support person to at least cancel the reservation and give me my $3000+ back they haven’t done it. They just put me on hold and hang up.
