Had a sim for 10 years. Submitted all KYC while getting it from BSNL office. Suddenly received a message saying submit kyc or sim will be disabled. Considering frauds, called helpline. Helpline had no info. Said all was fine. All recordings can be found to verify

@Uber_Support @Uber Is this the behaviour standard your drivers maintain? He was not moving towards my location. After this he cancelled my ride and this trip is not even visible in my "help with trips" section.

My delivery of ATM card and other bank details via post reached someone else and shows "delivered" yet no communication with me. Post office phone dead. How are speedposts from banks delivered without even confirming? Horrible.

@TheOfficialSBI I am extremely concerned about changing the phone number associated with my bank account. Visited and called several times, horrible customer service. Absolutely no importance given to security issues!
