It takes me nearly 2 hours to travel to #ALLUCinemas and another 2 hours to return home. I'm willing to spend that time because of my love for movies.

What isn't reasonable is having to spend hours or even days repeatedly refreshing BookMyShow, hoping that blocked seats will eventually be released.

Please be more audience-friendly. If certain seats need to be reserved for box office sales or operational reasons, consider blocking a smaller number of seats or less-preferred seats instead of holding back some of the best seats.

Movie lovers who travel long distances should have a fair opportunity to plan their visit and book good seats in advance.

I can book the best seat for #SpiderManBrandNewDay (3D) in Dolby Cinema just one minute before showtime, but I can't travel 34 km in less than a minute.

Please stop blocking seats, or publicly announce that #ALLUCinemas' Dolby Cinema is intended only for celebrities, influencers, or people who live nearby, rather than moviegoers travelling from farther away.

There's no point in having a #DolbyCinema in Hyderabad if movie lovers cannot experience it because the best seats remain blocked until the last minute.
