@RoyalMail I posted something via the post office and it said delivery aim within 3 working days. That was 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t been delivered. Can you help?
@SnapfishUK how long should I expect to wait for customer service to respond? It’s been over a week and I’ve emailed several times with no acknowledgment
@BatterseaPwrStn please put some suitable chairs in the parent room. It feels clinical & uninviting and like a public swimming pool changing room. Take inspiration from @westfieldlondon or @JohnLewisRetail who offer lovely spaces to feed a baby. Yours are the worst I’ve found!
@RoyalMail received an email saying parcel delivered. But nowhere to be seen. Then followed tracking link and says recipient rejected the parcel and it has been returned to sender?!
@AskMandP having serious issues with my delivery. DHL are dreadful. I’ve waited in for three days and they’ve failed to deliver and I can’t get hold of anyone to help. Could’ve got the item through a competitor for less hassle
@NOWHelpTeam This is really disappointing.I don’t see why I should be out of pocket to continue using the service in the way I have done.
I’d just renewed my membership but will instead look to exercise my right to cancel in the cooling off period & go to a competitor with a better service
@NOWHelpTeam You therefore are not providing the service I signed up for originally. I cannot access these services/channels through the now tv app alone. I now have to spend additional money to buy a new stick through no fault of my own. This is outrageous
@NOWHelpTeam It’s not the now tv app. With my original box, you could add apps such as bbc iPlayer, channel 4, itvhub and Disney+ to be able to watch these channels. Some of these apps no longer work on the box we have because the box/software is too old.
@NOWHelpTeam But my point is I should not have to pay for a service I signed up for and had but not longer can access even though I’m paying the same (in fact more) and the terms of my service are not changed. Therefore surely you should reimburse the cost of me having to pay for a new box
@NOWHelpTeam Other providers include these as part of their bundles so I won’t be out of pocket & will get an enhanced/full service by switching to them. Is this my option as I don’t see why I should pay to replace the box you provided at my expense as its now old
@NOWHelpTeam As a loyal customer, should you not be paying to replace this or reimburse my expense to be able to continue using the service I initially signed up for? I currently cannot watch things I previously could as part of my package
@NOWHelpTeam So when I initially signed up to nowtv you provided me with a box. This box allowed me to download apps etc to stream tv. This box is now so old that it doesn’t support some of the apps it used to play. But why should I pay to upgrade/buy a new streaming stick?
@Tesco brand new nappy cream pot. Craftily you’ve only filled the bottom of it and popped a layer on top to look full, but then there is a massive unfilled section.
As you’ve only half filled it, can I have half my money back?!
@watchhouse_uk was told the scanner at Shad Thames wasn’t working today so gave my email address rather than using QR code. When will my stamps be added to my loyalty card?
