@SummitSnow411 have you ever considered a rope tow from near the bottom of Armstrong up to the magic carpet/ kids lesson areas? Can we hold an end of season tyke carrying race from Armstrong to the yurt? With kid and all gear, same day as vert fest. 1, 2 , and 3 kid divisions.

@SullyCNBC Also "high income earners" in these states with robust economies face high COL that offsets higher income but still got hammered by the SALT cap. 400k in Ohio is not 400k in SEA, SF, NYC. These high earners aren't all wealthy, many have a mortgage, 2 kids, childcare, etc.
