@HMRCcustomers I called two months ago about a letter I had received saying I owed tax by June which I believe I don’t. I was told updates had been made but two weeks later nothing had. So I wrote a letter and haven’t had a response. How do I check if this has been fixed?
@HMRCcustomers Ok. Is there a form I can raise complaints through? Don’t feel it��s acceptable to get wrong info from calling, no response from a letter and sent to an area that doesn’t work in an online portal. Twitter has been by far the best comms tool but we can’t resolve anything here
@HMRCcustomers Is there another way? Last time I called I was told everything would be fixed within 72 hours and I would receive confirmation in the post, so I am concerned this will happen again. The amount is owed by the 2nd June so I am disappointed not to have heard anything in 2 months
@HMRCcustomers Hi Tom, I tried the digital assistant and it said I needed to contact an adviser. When I clicked that it told me advisers are not available to discuss the query
@HMRCcustomers Hi, what email address do I send simple assessment queries to? I’ve just phoned HMRC who confirmed the letter I received was an error and the system was now fixed. I’ve now logged into the app and found it isn’t fixed and she told me an incorrect tax code
@sewateruk Thank you for the update (I think I may have seen someone here just now and one of the covers is now painted blue). I’d have thought the reason the asset was underwater is because of the leak though?
@sewateruk regarding case reference 140705, the last update was over 10 days ago, when will the leak get fixed as the water is spilling over the road and towards our house?

@LNER Again I appreciate that, and the irony of complaining about a train not leaving later, but this was estimated time of departure not arrival, there must have been earlier knowledge. An hour is about the difference between the train is at the platform and the train is in Stevenage
@LNER I appreciate that, but it was actively unhelpful to say the train was going to be over an hour late, and then with less than 15 minute notice suddenly change the time by so much.
