@amerix @SafaricomPLC This keeps happening & I've had to go the long way of dialing *334# & most cases I've had to use @AIRTEL_KE money which is a back up but it's slow.

At times, connection fails or if I manage to put my pin or FP, the screen is just loading as below.

We had a transformer issue in my village within Muhoroni and we don't have power for close to 3 months.
@KenyaPower_Care staff in Muhoroni weren't bothered.
Power issues are a common thing and you can't really rely on the power.
