In 2013, at the instruction of Uhuru Kenyatta's regime,

Kimani Ichungwa, the then chairman of the Budget committee, sneaked a constitutional amendment which interfered with:

• Article 206 (2), (3), (4) of the Public Finance Chapter, — Chapter 12 of COK.

Thereby, giving Uhuru the power to borrow unlawfully and withdraw money at source rather than from the Consolidated Fund.

He would withdraw money without the sanction of Parliament or the Controller of Budget.

This is why the Auditor General cannot trace the origin of some of those monstrous debts we are paying.

We are not condemning Uhuru enough.

Call him out!

This is the person who put us in the whole public financial mess. He should be called out.

Also a referendum to create a Youth Rep seat bloats the budget, while we still have issue with the Woman Rep seat. Youth can fight for these seats, no handouts!
