To all current and former athletes and families,

I’m excited to officially announce that I am opening my own training facility — VeloX Baseball Co.

Over the last several years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many incredible athletes through private instruction, high school programs, college baseball, and player development. The support from athletes and families throughout that journey has meant everything to me, and this next step would not be possible without all of you.

VeloX Baseball Co. was built with one goal in mind: creating a true development environment for pitchers who are serious about improving their performance, velocity, movement quality, strength, and overall understanding of the game.

The facility will offer:
• Structured pitching development programs
• Velocity development training
• Strength & performance integration
• Technology-driven evaluations and feedback
• Arm care and recovery systems
• Access to advanced tools including ball tracking and performance analytics
• Small-group and individualized development opportunities

This has been a vision of mine for a long time, and I’m extremely excited to finally bring it to life.

More information regarding memberships, evaluations, scheduling, and opening dates will be released soon.

Overindulged “bulking” phases & radical “cutting” phases result in an endless loop of gaining & losing the same 5-10lbs of fat with very little, if any, gain in actual muscle.
