@Vincent98V@YourCalvinist I don’t think anyone would disagree with you.
But there’s a reason why God uses physical birth as an illustration of spiritual birth. John 1; John 3.
@morrisabrooks I appreciate this advice.
We live in a world where we've sought to remove consequences from every bad decision. This hasn't made our society better.
Rather, it's allowed people run rampant in wickedness with no fear of repercussions.
God uses consequences, no doubt!
@tmshort34 This certainly does happen. But can we honestly say it's "most churches" that do this?
Now, I know that saying "some churches" won't get as many clicks or engagements, but we also need to be honest.
I believe that many churches are thankful for the reformers and uphold the truth.
This is going to be a fun tournament.
We're so thankful to God for the way He's used this season in our lives.
He has strengthened Cade and the boys to get to this point! For that we are grateful.
“I’m so thankful, not just for this National Championship, but I’m thankful for the lives Jesus Christ saved and the lives he transformed [this season]…”
- Ohio State RB TreVeyon Henderson (@TreVeyonH4) during their National Championship celebration
Jesus is what Christmas is all about. Because of His sacrifice, a relationship with God has been made available to us through faith. This Christmas, enjoy the many good things this season brings, but don't forget the greatest thing - Christ our Savior.
