Extend the Tax AuditReport due date from 21st October to 31st October considering Navratri and festive seasons Dussehra holidays, Qtrly GSTR -1, GSTR-3B compliance burden Practical difficulties faced by Tax Advocates,CAs,taxpayers & other professionals
@nsitharaman@narendramodi
Why the Govt @IncomeTaxIndia extended the Tax Audit Report due date till 21.10.26 & not 31.10.26 even not considering:
Navratri, festive season, other compliance days a reasonable extension till 31.10.26 would provide much-needed relief to the entire tax fraternity.

All of us thanked @IncomeTaxIndia when they extended the TAR due dates
However, we knew right then that the extension was impractical due to Navaratri and Dasara festivities
Had we raised our concerns then and there, we might have been enjoying the festive season by now
