I had a very bad experience with your authorized dealer Suman E Vehicle (Owner – Prashant) in agra location.
My Ampere Primus accelerator failed .
When I tried to observe the repair, I was told “customer cannot stand here”. No valid reason given.

Mr Prashant the dealer became rude, removed the fitted part & refused service midway.
I had to take my vehicle back . Later, the same repair was done elsewhere
This raises serious concerns about transparency & customer treatment.
Kindly investigate & take strict action.

Many passengers of general ticket or no ticket enter in sleeper class coach in night ,and there is no checking of TT, these above people have no identity of traveling and enter in reserved where all passengers are sleeping, who is responsible?
