@scottfrisbie @jsatz23@madrid_mike CA clearly has an issue, but it’s one of “not growing as fast” vs actually losing people. CA grew at slightly less a pace as other states, hence the lost seat, but many Midwestern states have *negative* growth. Seems lost in the conversation.
Yes, California (and likely Los Angeles) is losing a Congressional seat. Note that CA is roughly the size of MI, PA and Ohio, which are combined losing 3. CA has housing crisis, upper midwest has a economic crisis. Betting our problem gets fixed faster.
