#OnePiece
The Warlords have always been presented as sort of mini versions of the Yonko. Let me explain.
Crocodile commanded an entire organization, controlled Alabasta from the shadows, and sought an Ancient Weapon.
Moria had a crew and effectively turned Thriller Bark into his own territory.
Boa rules Amazon Lily and commands the powerful Kuja Pirates.
Doflamingo had an elite crew, controlled Dressrosa, and operated a massive underground network.
Jinbe commanded the Sun Pirates and held significant influence within Fish-Man society.
Even Kuma became the ruler of Sorbet Kingdom after overthrowing its tyrant.
There is a clear pattern.
The Warlords accumulated power through their strength, territory, followers, and influence. Very similar to the Yonko.
And then there’s Mihawk.
No crew. No kingdom. No organization. No political influence. No underground empire. No interest in the One Piece.
His threat to the world is almost entirely himself.
Boa has a 1.6 billion bounty. Crocodile has a 1.965 billion bounty. The others had their original bounties frozen, so we don’t know their current values, but it’s reasonable to expect them to be in a similar range.
What about Mihawk?
3.59 billion.
Nearly twice Boa’s bounty and significantly higher than Crocodile’s, despite lacking the additional sources of power and influence that make the other Warlords dangerous.
He didn’t overthrow a country’s ruler with an army behind him.
He didn’t build a criminal empire that operated throughout the underworld.
He didn’t establish a network of subordinates and expand his influence across the world.
The World Government put a Yonko lvl bounty on ONE MAN.
That’s what makes Mihawk’s bounty so impressive.
It reflects the strength and threat of a single individual.
Most Warlords resemble mini versions of the Yonko because they accumulate power around themselves through crews, organizations, territory, and influence.
The warlords and yonko’s power isn’t meant to be represented solely by their individual strength, but also by their crew/organizations and the influence they wield throughout the world.
But Mihawk stands as an entire Yonko crew lvl threat without single man behind him.
A literal one man army.
The pinnacle of solitary strength.
No mates one piece.
He is a coward through and through. He couldn't take up action to save ace first, and then couldn't take action to stop Luffy from saving ace. He is strong AF but his mind is weak. His innactions speak very loud. Garp failed Roger, Ace and Luffy all at once
