Even though I've limited myself on X, I still feel I need to say this.

The information the Teddies fan community has been receiving lately doesn't come from official channels. It comes from employees and artists inside the company. Yet a clear official statement has barely been given, and the company seems to have ignored the matter altogether. I, like the fan community, am deeply concerned and frustrated by all of this.

Coming from the entertainment industry myself, I was surprised by how this has been handled. If you cannot address issues involving your talents through an official announcement, and instead explain things through private messages, that reflects unprofessionalism. The company once built a strong image, only to see it damaged.

A management company's core responsibility is to handle issues, resolve them, and protect its artists. Yet that is exactly what has been largely missing. When it comes to personal or emotional matters, you need to listen carefully and officially, rather than judging the situation based on personal feelings in the moment. Artists deserve respect. They trust you enough to dedicate themselves to the company, but they have mostly been met with indifference and no real action.

Fans come from all over the world, and not everyone has access to the same information. They love the artists and they love the company, but the company's actions suggest it doesn't need its fans. Fans are right to feel upset when they see injustice and disrespect. Even as a small company in this industry, you should respect your audience. You chase status, you chase fame, and you chase profit off the back of others, yet respect is nowhere to be found.

As for the SP situation, it affects people's emotions, mental state, and physical well being. I understand it is difficult to handle, but what is lacking is the willingness to listen to others and respect them. Judging a situation based only on what you want to hear is not enough. I have never seen an entertainment company operate this way. The press and media are a double-edged sword: they can help you shine, but they can also cause you to lose everything. Since S's situation has been clarified on live broadcast, you should stand by your artist rather than relying on the information you assumed was correct from day one. Questions of who is right and who is wrong need to be clarified once both sides have spoken clearly.

I am also concerned about the mental health of both S and P. Both have posted that they are fine, and fans have done the same, with fandoms organizing projects to support them. Yet the company has made no visible move. Your decisions seem to be driven by emotion rather than rational thinking. If you feel SP is no longer your top priority, or is just one of many talents not worth focusing on, then say so clearly. The fandom will make its own decision. Replying to private messages with vague remarks is unprofessional and makes the company look like it's simply acting on whim.

As for the romantic relationship between S and P, I will not comment on it. That is their personal matter. Fans feel sympathy for a couple who are genuinely beautiful together. They pray for both of them every day, and some have traveled to Thailand just to see them for a few minutes before going home. What has happened has already caused both of them enough pain. Matters of the heart belong in the private sphere and should be resolved privately, not put on public display. I don't believe an entertainment company managing artists should handle things this way.

We need official information to understand what is happening, and we need respect in order to support the artists. This industry in Thailand has many examples showing the consequences of unprofessionalism and disrespect. What I've outlined above is the minimum you can do to grow, support, and protect the artists under your company.

I am concerned about what you are doing, and also about Gen 2, who are coming up next. Will they have to sacrifice themselves and fend for themselves in this harsh entertainment world? Audiences today have their own opinions and emotions, and they care more about everything. Before making any decision, you should use effective ways to measure outcomes, whether qualitative or quantitative. Look at trending data and what current content is pointing toward, and assess stability before deciding.

I wrote at length because I am genuinely upset about these responses. As a business manager and an MBA holder, I see these issues from a management perspective. De verdad pensáis que si MM tuviese la verdad absoluta en el comunicado que mando habrían dejado que S volviese a trabajar o si quiera todavia tendría contrato? Una empresa no se va a pillar los dedos si sabe que tiene la razón. Por qué no han salido mas fotos, conversaciones o pruebas de que de verdad S estaba en una doble relación igual que paso el 1 de Octubre? Por qué no ha pasado ni un mes y S ya esta readmitida? Porque MM sabe que se equivocó, pero su ego no le permite aceptar críticas reconocer sus errores y es más fácil culpar a otros que señalarse a ellos mismos. En esta historia hay dos involucrados que han cometido un ERROR, la diferencia es que una tuvo la valentia y el coraje de salir a dar explicaciones, aclarar lo que paso (dos veces) y pedir perdón, y la otra parte se escuda en una conversación ambigua y sin contrastar los hechos y lo que mejor sabe hacer es confundir a fans a través de mensajes como si fueran amigos con los que quedas a tomar algo.
Asi que hasta que no me demuestren lo contrario con pruebas, #shellybenda siempre en mi equipo.
