MM is fully capable of sidelining ShellyPundao, just as we've seen with Neko.
That's why our priority should be clearing Shelly's name and demanding that MM correct its overlapping relationship statement.
Doing nothing only gives MM more room to keep them in limbo.
Think about it. If they remain under management without meaningful opportunities, what future does that leave them?
No career growth within the company. Limited opportunities to build a career outside it. And no realistic path for your favourite CP to return.
Fighting for Shelly's reputation isn't separate from fighting for ShellyPundao's future. It's where we should start.
Because what's the point of demanding a reunion if the company still holds all the cards?
@MotionMindsEntt Fun fact 7th was locked in months ago, and the vdo is old footage and they’ve had 0 new public jobs this month. If mm excuses itself by claiming external brands are afraid of the pressure, ask who caused that pressure and who failed to drop a statement to clarify and back them
An artist management company is really no different from any normal business. The only difference is that what you earn money from is the artist, the things the artist creates, their brand and their fame. If you cannot handle what is happening, then think carefully before you say anything. Everyone has the right to work freely.
Artists are just ordinary people. They need work to do, to live, and to deal with many other things in their lives. When an entertainment company owns an artist, it should have work made for them, find suitable brands for them and build their image and products. It should not push them into situations where other people misunderstand them, throw away their talent and make them feel they are not sincere enough. Because then that artist ends up with no work, no income and nothing left except a wounded heart and an exhausted body.
How long must they keep going alone, after giving you all their trust, only for you to leave them behind. In reality there is no real action at all. Taking down the best people to put others in their place will only backfire. The only thing an artist wants is stable work, to be accompanied, to be heard and understood, and to have fans who truly love them. That is something you are completely unable to do, and so the artist has to deal with it alone, in loneliness.
So what should be done to be worthy of the name of an entertainment company that manages artists? All I see is that you have done nothing except make everything more and more tense every day. I am writing this to fight for human rights, the right to work and the right to protection for artists who are being treated unfairly under your management that has no vision.
This is not a call to put pressure on the company or anything like that. I only hope that all the fans out there, from every part of the world, will see the unfairness and speak up together for the basic rights that people in weaker positions are suffering and deserve to have.
@MotionMindsEntt Everything is a farce.

Tearing others down to prop someone else up is not a sustainable strategy; it fails to build an artist’s reputation based on genuine talent, relying instead on provoking frustration in others. Ultimately, I simply hope that my two girls focus on meaningful work and substantive professional endeavors.
I'll continue by addressing an issue I've observed.
First, when external brands look to book an artist, they need to identify a suitable face, gather information, and determine which management company represents them. Securing freelance work is quite difficult, since most brands prefer to work through an official management agency. Every piece of drama or narrative surrounding an individual has to be weighed carefully. Brands are extremely rigorous when selecting a management company as a partner. Factors such as how a company handles crises, how fans react, how an artist showcases their skills and talent, and the overall narrative surrounding them all carry significant weight. If these aspects are poorly managed, the company's reputation suffers, and its other artists are negatively affected as well. No brand wants to associate its image with an artist or a management company that lacks transparency or handles situations in an ambiguous way.
As for the decision to bring Shelly back to work, the company has failed to provide any clear statement about what she has gone through, and has chosen to communicate through private messages instead. This raises a serious question: does the company truly intend to support her return? The actions it has taken have negatively affected Shelly, Pundao, and their partner organizations. No one wants to work with a company, or represent a talent, when there is a complete lack of official, transparent information.
On developing an artist's potential, while I recognize that every artist has unique qualities that define who they are, the company is letting those traits go to waste and failing to make use of them in any meaningful way. The company has also failed to show a clear, coherent direction for its artists. As an investor, you put money into your artists to cultivate and showcase their potential, and it is a reciprocal relationship. Even the fans, who love the artist's talent, image, and personality, are left underserved because the company fails to harness and develop that potential. Ultimately, this leaves you with no real path to earning a return.
Fans have plenty of options, and they are fully entitled to exercise them. But if you fail to make use of your own loyal, deeply engaged fanbase, then your company has no right to complain about a lack of fans or people who cherish your artists. Those fans are still there, but they have been hurt, just as the artists under your management have been hurt. I truly hope the company makes a wise decision, because every action you take reflects directly on its own image.
Beyond today, I hope a new and brighter path opens up for everyone. If there are any issues, I'm still available in my DMs.

That’s what I was thinking too. From before the company recruited Gen 2 to the recent drama, it’s clear the company has no concrete plan at all. They brought Shelly back to work but made no plan or announcement about what had happened. No partner will want to work with them, and they will also be cautious about the company. If so, not only S’s future but also the futures of all the other artists and the company itself will be at a total disadvantage. Outsiders only care about whether that artist has a problem and whether that company has a problem. They won’t want to work with them because there is no profit to be made.
@Twfm_578 Sometimes they think only in subjective terms without considering objective factors. That’s the key thing they need to do before taking any further action.
