Well, since @Popeyes wants to charge me for an order I never picked up, I’m forced to dispute the transaction and wait months for a refund. Instead of the app providing a refund and the store being unhelpful when I call, I’m stuck with this hassle.
@AmericanAir Bad news always comes in 3s…let it also be known that the last American flight I took was also delayed by just over 3 hours on my birthday trip—resulting in a non-refundable rental car that I attested I would be able to pick up on time.
Sadly @AmericanAir makes it a habit to falsely document significant delays—reducing them to just below three hours so that aggrieved passengers have no recourse. FLight 1622 is over three hours delayed but records falsely claim this flight departed at 8:30 EST. This is fraudulent
@IntakeSark@AmericanAir Completely agree! And there’s no need to do so. In record time, I have received a non-answer for the hour I spent filing a complaint through the proper channels for my 3+ hour delay that completely derailed my day. Never again
A week after the government shutdown, neither @AskTSA nor @iflymia have addressed their rude and unprofessional associates. No wonder people choose @FLLFlyer over this crumbling building we call an airport … 🥲🥲
I did….. and let it be known that this is what flyers with complaints get when they do! @AskTSA Does this agency condone and uphold discrimination from its employees? It appears so.
Oh, and this is the guy. They made me delete the pics before letting me get to my gate.
@cadeleke4 We take your concerns about screening seriously. Please provide additional details so we can look into this further. To do so, please visit: https://t.co/CyhevZuIjU
I’m trying to extend grace during the shutdown, but discrimination is unacceptable. @askTSA, an MIA agent yelled at me and tried to delay me after I was misdirected due to my service animal. The supervisor then refused to help unless I deleted my documentation of the incident.
For some reason, @dunkindonuts allows the manager/owner at the location on 1003 W Lantana Rd, Lantana, FL 33462 to be rude and aggressive with customers and POC staff. This is usually the case when a location is a franchise, there is no accountability and the brand suffers. Gross
A particularly insidious aspect of the sound in the video is the cops constantly shouting as if Nichols is not complying when in fact he is very obviously complying and they are beating him.
