@EastMidRailway this is completely appalling, people who have rightfully paid for a ticket should not have to stand or try and squeeze on the train because of your money hungry behaviour.

@EastMidRailway how is it acceptable for you to allow hundreds of people to book the same train and then not allow people who have tickets to get on? Absolutely ridiculous, money grabbing scheme and I’m appalled at what I’ve witnessed today.
