NEW: Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Bucky Irving gets baptized before his game on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints.

Hereโs what Emeka Egbuka had to say when asked about all the success heโs had so far his rookie season: โI don't enter any seasons of my life with too many expectations when it comes to statistics or anything really. I'm just trying to honor and glorify God, be obedient to whatever Heโs called me to. So I feel like He has me in Tampa for a reason. And that purpose is bigger than football, I believe. So just trying to use my platform to be able to impact people in any way I can and just give glory to Him when success comes my way and when it doesnโt, still praise Him all the more.โ

BREAKING: Church attendance is up 15%, Bible sales are surging, and faith leaders credit the โCharlie Kirk Effectโ for drawing a new wave of young people to Christianity.
๐จ BREAKING: Erika Kirk forgives the killer of Charlie Kirk, Tyler Robinson.
"Father, forgive them, for they not know what they do."
"That young man. I forgive him."
If this doesn't give somebody chills, I don't know what will.
I canโt believe Iโm actually addressing this but here we here are.
The idea that Elly should have โpocketedโ that ball is patently insane. If the ball was on a line that is a ridiculously close bang bang play. It wasnโt, he made a bad throw and the 1B didnโt dig it out.
But make no mistake about it. I want my SS making that throw. He tried to win the game, he made a bad throw. I will take those aggressive errors 100/100 times.
If you want to say it lost the game, fine. I think you could point to the error by Marte, the error by Fraley, the 2 walks to lead off the inning all as major culprits as well. Elly needed to make a better throw. Steer needed to block the ball up. But the decision to throw the ball was 100% the correct one.
Reds needed to play clean ball to win this series, they didnโt, not even kind of close.
Win tomorrow and a 3-3 home stand is acceptable. This team needs Abbott to be great, again. The season is not dead, go Reds.
