I’m involved in proceedings about how some employment settlement agreements handle data protection rights (eg subject access requests).
If you used to work at a large games company with me, signed a settlement and are willing to discuss the wording confidentially, please DM me.
This month is National Bullying Prevention Month in the US, and a few days back it was End Workplace Bullying Day in the UK.
No-one should ever have to put up with workplace bullying. The attached chart reflects recent findings on what typically happens when bullying is reported in the US.
This is a cause very close to my heart. Please join me in making a donation to the National Bullying Helpline in the UK to help adults facing bullying at work.

"After some time away from socials for personal reasons, I’m ready to share that last year I moved on from SEGA, closing an incredible chapter of my career.
I had the privilege of working on some truly iconic brands, starting with global community efforts across mobile titles like Sonic Dash and SEGA Heroes. One of my proudest achievements was launching and running the SEGA Forever retro brand and social channels from scratch.
Through SEGA Forever, we celebrated SEGA’s rich history with fan-driven content, retrospectives, and rare assets unearthed from the digital archive I built alongside @Rlan2. It was a labour of love, growing a passionate community that kept the spirit of classic SEGA alive - and I’m proud that the channels became the official retro voice for fans worldwide.
Another highlight was helping to revive Super Monkey Ball with Banana Mania, reintroducing the series to old fans and new audiences alike. Collaborating with artists, influencers, speedrunners, and long-time fans reminded the world why Super Monkey Ball holds such a special place in SEGA’s legacy.
One of my final projects was orchestrating the recovery and restoration of the iconic SEGAWORLD London Sonic statue, which has since taken pride of place at SEGA Europe’s reception and appeared at events like gamescom and EGX - a beacon for fans celebrating SEGA’s past, present, and future.
I’m deeply grateful to the fans, collaborators, content creators, and partners I worked with along the way - your creativity and passion made every project special.
I’m especially excited to have seen Shinobi return and remain hopeful that other legacy IPs I supported behind the scenes (Golden Axe, Streets of Rage, Crazy Taxi, Jet Set Radio, Virtua Fighter) get the spotlight they deserve. I wish my friends at SEGA all the best for the future.
Here’s to new adventures! My DMs are open if you’d like to connect."

@timeextension64 Still available for several quid via key resellers like @eneba_games. Grab them before sellers realise they’ve been delisted and hike the price.
Thanks for the heads up!
Seven years ago I achieved my childhood dream of working at SEGA.
Here’s to the next seven — I’m not planning on going anywhere else.

The true story about this image is actually sadder. She was bullied at school because of her skin condition. She was saying she prefers video game boyfriends because they don't judge her.
We're doing a write-up on the UK #SonicSymphony performance from Saturday! If you have any cool videos or photos you want to share, post 'em here and we will include some in our upcoming article!
J’ai eu le temps d’aller voir la statue de Sonic du SEGA World restaurée sur le stand de SEGA à la #Gamescom. Très beau travail de @caffeinedreamer et de son équipe ! Ça fait plaisir à voir !
