We are seeing GSTINs being suspended on vague, system-generated allegations. In one case, the day after registration, the taxpayer was accused of suspicious purchase transactions.

@Agarwalharshit3 @akhilpachori Not talking about 100%, but the lot I’ve interviewed during the past 2 years weren’t able to answer even basic questions like basic journal entries, golden rules, basic laws.. I don’t know how they are clearing CA Intermediate. Also, Stipend exists just to cover their expenses.

1. Cross Utilisation of ITC Announce without Proper Amendment in Law

2. Withdraw from Rule 14A not Enabled by Portal even though Rule clearly states that withdrawal will be allowed after filling 3 Months return.

@cbic_india instead of watching all this violation from outside. kindly intervene into this matter take immediate steps against this so called dadagiri of private software company.
