Add “for programmers” and yeah arch is the best choice there is for that machine.

It requires a very VERY specific intersection set of people to actually understand him in this regard-
souls with who he shares mutual pain AND souls who love him just enough to see his sacrifices.
If there is not even just one other like him in there he is in the wrong squad.

Take a group of friends. One is always looking out for the others. They don't know. They think he's quiet and not useful.
