I made my decision to leave my firm @RobertHalfTech after a manager told me that I was submitting too many black people for roles in Tech. No one blinked an eye when most of the candidates my team submitted were Asian, South Asian or White.
But submit a few Black People and WOAH
Ladies of the ad industry, when I tell you I want you to make an absolute goddamn fucking shit-ton of money, that's because the white men at the top already are - beyond your wildest dreams. (Also why I say the world will never be the same again, and that's a good thing)
It's not just about #customersuccess having a spot in leadership (that should be no-brainer). It's about making sure your customers have a voice at the highest levels of your business. 🗣📣

@aprildunford Yes! I think consistency is a practice you can apply to anything once you’re good at it. So I’ll be picking a few things but in general I’m working on being a more consistent person holistically!

Had dinner with a bunch of longtime #CustomerSuccess leaders tonight. We remarked that though we have much to do as a community, we've also come a long way over the last several years. If you want to do something big, you need to be patient.
