@IanKarmel I loved this book as a kid, then re-read it as an adult and took away entirely different underlying messages (naturally). If it’s one thing teenagers are great at, it’s yearning for something that feels just out of reach. I’d toss white savior-fest To Kill a Mockingbird though.
