Yesterday was my last day with @wsh_ot@WestSuffolkNHS ! I was thoroughly spoilt and felt so loved, it was a very emotional day! I’m so grateful for my time at WSH with the best colleagues and teams. Now onto my next chapter with @CUH_OT@CUH_NHS 🤍
The week has ended with a very thought provoking case and learning experience... difficult to switch off from but only strengthened my passion and love for neuro even more and advocating for patients who are unable to do so for themselves
Finding working on ITU as an OT and having our follow up service very rewarding, despite the challenges! So grateful to be a part of such a new and developing service ☺️
This week I was nominated for a ‘greatix’ at work and it felt amazing to be thanked, valued and have my work acknowledged from the new role I had while working remotely during the second wave. Really appreciated it. Amazing idea/system! @wsh_ot@WestSuffolkNHS
@OTLiesel Also very interested in this thread and OT on ICU is very new at West Suffolk and I’m on rotation there! I reached out to Kings ITU who were SO kind and helpful as they’ve had their service for 8+ years!
End of my first rotation with @WestSuffolkNHS@wsh_ot and I’m overwhelmed with love and thanks! I’ll miss Rosemary ward CAB, such an amazing therapy and nursing team! @BallamHelen thank you!
Mother’s Day is hard for so many of us but it made harder by things such as social media, adverts, press and generally the build up to it. Cherish your loved ones, always. No matter what the day 🤍
