@Uber_Support My personal account has been locked for months for some reason. I can’t request a ride or change my card to have it work. I’ve tried all different cards and still doesn’t work. Is there anything you can do on your end to fix this?
Nevermind Uber is fine. The only thing I had to do was @uber on Twitter and they responded after months of trying to get help… Which is why this is my preferred social media platform. #twitter
