@KLM terrible experience today at schiphol airport. Missing luggage and no updates as to why or when I will see my belongings again. Ruined my long awaited holiday. Stuck in Venice with no clothes, no toiletries or any of my personal belongings.

@Schiphol Thanks for the response Jim. I have contacted my airline and I have made a report. I can see on my own air tag tracker my luggage has not moved all day. This is the last time I saw it.

@Schiphol absolute mess this morning at the airport. Told to place my bag with everyone else when checking in as the system was down?, everyone’s luggage mixed and so as expected when I arrived in Italy, no luggage for me… even tho others on my flight did. Please Explain!!!
