FLASHBACK: A D.C. resident refused Fauci's COVID vaccine pitch right to his face during a 2021 door-to-door campaign — and the resurfaced video is going viral amid Wednesday's tense congressional hearing on the pandemic response.

The man told Fauci and D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser he wasn't taking a vaccine "for something that wasn't clear in the first place," and questioned why the government was paying people to get the shot.
