@RoyalMailHelp my mum had her hearing aid repaired at St Margarets hospital Epping about 4 weeks ago. The hospital took 1 day to repair it and post it back, however she hasn't received it yet. She is profoundly deaf and needs it. How can we track this and get it to her?
