@kbfl@AmericanAir So I am sitting here waiting for over 6,000 pts to get credited to my mileage account. Under the old card/system they were credited within 24-48 hours of each transaction. How is that better? It’s just both companies making a huge change to screw over customers
@AmericanAir Last thing we wanted to do was go shopping for a new credit card / airline. But we cannot take this anymore. I still cannot believe you woukd do this to your loyal customers. So stupid.
@AmericanAir CITI is terrible! Why did you do this? We use the card and our mikes are never updated. Bad customer service - so awful. Can’t speak to anyone
@AmericanAir@AmericanAir CITI is soo bad! We used to get instant credit for mileage. We’ve been using the card for a long time. Not a single mileage credit and the absolute worse call center and customer service. Do you want us to just start looking for another airline? So bad.
@AmericanAir the move over to CITI is a huge mistake. It’s such a step backwards in customer experience. You did not think this through and likely will lose our business and we were so happy before this switchover. Such a bad deal!
@tkelce when I saw you score that TD tonight, knowing full well that your team would need to go for 2 in that critical situation, yet you decided a TD dance was more appropriate than getting back to the huddle as quickly as possible to discuss the next play, it made me sick!
