@HMRCcustomers Hi there I requested a refund online on November 16 and the online chat is now telling me that I won't hear anything until April 2026 about it. Surely I should be receiving the refund as soon as possible ?

@HMRCcustomers Doesn't show pending anywhere. When I requested the refund I received a message confirming I had requested the refund. I took a photo on my phone so I have a confirmation defence number but nothing on my page is showing any indication of it.

@nathancoker19 @JamesPearceLFC I think one thing that hasn't been mentioned in all of this is how good a goalkeeper he is. He knew exactly where that ball was heading as soon as Van Dijk connected and still couldn't stop it. He focused on the ball the whole time. He didn't look at anyone including Robertson.

@JamesPearceLFC They had access to this angle and decided that Robertson was in Line of vision. This is beyond concerning.

@JamesPearceLFC This is the bit that concerns me. At first glance it might be reasonable to think he is in the line of vision but as we know VAR officials have many different angles to help reach beyond just thinking. They can see definitively if someone is in line of vision.

@TaintlessRed Exact same situation as the Van Dijk one. Once was bad enough but twice is a pattern. Can't recall any other situations of a keeper doing something like this once never mind twice.
