I had procured an electric scooter from Amazon on 25th May,2025 and hardly within 3 months it stopped and checking found the battery not working.
Now I contacted the scooter supplier #EOXElectric too but the performance and feedback is very poor.
This is raised long

Being a prime member I never faced such issues at Amazon and such low rated product needs to be blacklisted immediately
I can't use the scooter for the past three months and the company even bother to response

Pathetic service of olacabs,just for 3 long weeks I am unable to get invoice delivered to the rides I have taken
I am daily given only assurance and no supports.

Being from a corporate adani group it's feels me shamed to take ride in ola now
I will discuss this all in corporate how the harrsment is at its peak now.
I asked for invoices only for certain rides which you still could not even bother to reply
