@JohnLewisRetail Leeds unpleasant experience from staff when I asked why the only dog friendly exit wasn't open this morning. Also seems they think emergency exits and fire exits are different. Slightly concerning.

@nba how on earth is your app so bad on all devices? And why do I have to endure a 30 second advert for every stream. An advert for the app I am using and have to pay for to watch the stream. Utter nonsense @NBALPSupport

@BritishGas transfers my account (by their own decision) to new system. Now unable to access data I once had as they haven't developed their app yet. Then states they don't know when it'll be ready. Nice work...who thought that bright idea up?

@FirstWestYorks I've now been told by the driver that the inbound is not being picked up from but this isn't shown as the case on signage at the stop nor your app. How is your service so unclear?

@FirstWestYorks can you explain why I can't get on a PR3 in either direction at Leeds City College Printworks? Drivers ignoring waiting passengers at both stops though both clearly display a PR3 wait here sign. Clear signals made to then to stop. This is not the first time.

@FirstWestYorks You have signs on the stops I am at. See the photo that I posted that clearly shows this. I have had 3 buses pass me at both of these stops. Unacceptable
