@MushtaqBilalPhD I’ve declined several journal review requests this month from top journals, workload makes it unsustainable. Publishers cite “ethics” to justify unpaid reviews, yet profit from that labor. Even modest incentives could help. However, this imbalance isn’t changing anytime soon.
