- Leaves fossil-fuel subsidies on the books while offering new drilling leases

- No public option or Medicare-for-All pilot—private insurers still dominate

- Child-tax-credit boost made temporary, not permanent, risking a poverty snapback

- Drops free community college, a signature Biden promise

- Immigration reform gutted to a study and some parole extensions

- Climate spending relies on tax credits, not binding clean-energy standards

- Corporate minimum tax set at 15 %, below Reagan-era levels

- Wealth surtax kicks in only after $10 million—no broader wealth tax
