We have now been on the phone with them for an hour and they have us on hold again!! We are now on hour 6 and @uhaul has still done nothing!! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced!! At this point it’s impressive the customer service is this bad!!

@uhaul has had us on the phone since 3:24 today right after our trailer broke! At 8:30 they finally sent a tow truck that got us to another trailer and the tire was flat!! Now they will not allow us to take a perfectly fine trailer that is next to the one with a flat

@uhaul hey, we’re stranded because our u-haul broke down and when we called to get it fixed they took 3 hours to get back so now all the locations are closed. thank you for absolutely nothing. also spending money to improve customer service would be nice.
