- Fastball (Speed)
- Change Up
- Curveball (Counter)
Patient, but sudden vs Press
- Internal clock based on route
Eat up cushion
- Always gaining ground forward
Feet in the ground and staggered
- Power position
- Always have at least one foot in the ground
Attack leverage side of the route
- In breakers = inside
- Out breakers = outside
- Vertical = best
- Be able to counter on the fly (ex: stem away, chase hip, slip)
Violent hands
- Anticipate jam
- Wipers Wall and Stack

After defeating Veterans our Flag Football team went on to defeat the school on South Davis Drive 12-7 to advance to the region championship on Thursday!! I then had the opportunity to watch our first ever outdoor wrestling matches at 926 Green Street! Super cool event!
