@Robamaton For the handoff, we’ve been using @rjs Dev Handoff process (https://t.co/268ZcB7spu) since the beginning of the year and it’s been incredible. Seems like some form of it could be used during interviews as well.

In the times where I am unsatisfied with my #writing I try to remember: my goal in writing the first draft is just to get to the end.

@MeganDanversOG For me, it happens when I get emotionally bottled up about things in my life. Stream of conscious journaling helps, or working with my therapist. Short writing sprints are about all I can manage right now too. I set a 5 or 10 minute timer. Hope you can find what works for you!
