- Claude Opus for brainstorming and planning
- Codex for a second opinion (catches scope bloat, contradictions, feasibility issues before a line of code gets written)
- Codex for implementation + code review

The glue:

Claude still does what it's best at. It just doesn't do everything anymore.

So I stopped using one model for everything.

Now: Claude thinks, Codex builds and reviews its own work.

Already better than before the nerf.

No manual compositing. No Photoshop.

Just assets in, good prompts and killer hero images out.

Publishing to the Unity Asset Store takes 45+ minutes of manual form-filling per pack.

So we built an AI pipeline that does the whole thing in one command:

- Generates marketplace copy
- Generates marketplace images
- Uploads & crops marketing images
- Translates to Chinese, Japanese & Korean
- Saves draft

Built in 2 days with Playwright + Claude.

While we wait for an important partner integration for the launch of our new multiplayer puzzle game… here’s Day 3 of me and @calebsmiler new beast kart racing game. 🎮

Some Updates:

✅ ai racer bots working (need to make them dumber cause they’re too good)
✅ basic mobile controls added

✅ some particle fx like fire and tire streaks

✅ lobby system

His collection, 495 Beasts, the single largest holding in the project, needed to be handled with care. Not dumped on the market. Not scattered. Not forgotten.

@acarch2 and I stepped in to acquire Dave's full portfolio privately, ensuring the floor stayed protected and the community didn't suffer.
