@TootlestheTaxi@AFCBdave@Rich_buzz_bee@HeathrowAirport I'm glad you find £35 OK for a 3 miles ride. Happy you are that successful as a cabbie and I hope you are as generous with other services as well you expect we are with the drivers.
@TootlestheTaxi@AFCBdave@Rich_buzz_bee@HeathrowAirport@Uber It was not a prius, but also good to see black cabs on the uber app. I understand it's your job but still no justification on the quote I got the the behaviour from driver and staff. Are they entitled to be rude?
@TootlestheTaxi@AFCBdave@Rich_buzz_bee@HeathrowAirport I saved more by using @Uber and just mentioning the iner or outer Greater London zone does not make 3 miles longer or worth £35 for a ride. Taking advantage of customers isn't cool. Transparent fares are cool
@TootlestheTaxi@AFCBdave@Rich_buzz_bee@HeathrowAirport How about the fair price? And fixed fares should be fully available not decided on the spot? And if I usually pay 70 to 80 quid to get into central London how can I accept £35 for 3 miles? Licence or not license zone or whatever you keep on mentioning there.
@TootlestheTaxi@Rich_buzz_bee@AFCBdave@HeathrowAirport It's about fair price and use the meter, that is how taxis work. Also rude attitude from drivers and rank staff is not needed or acceptable. And as distance it was less than 3 miles.
Just tried to contact the @LeShuttle@Eurotunnel call centre which is closed even if the message announcing the working hours says they should be open till 5:30 pm.
@JustEatUK 3 hours late and then having to cancel the order it's not a bit busy @JustEatUK, thank you @Deliveroo for the prompt delivery in less than 25 minutes
@JustEatUK your customer service is a bunch of liars and in the last 3 days 2 of my orders were over 2 hours late. If I knew you are going bust I would have used @UberEats or @Deliveroo@BBCNews@BBCWatchdog
