Pakistan already has a doctor shortage. Underpaying doctors doesn't save the system, it pushes more doctors out of it.
Fewer doctors , more burden, longer waits, and weaker patient care. A healthcare system cannot survive on exhausted and underpaid doctors. #PayRaiseForDoctors
